Who this is

This site belongs to Steven Recinos Photography, a one-person photography business based in the Coachella Valley, California. Questions about anything here go to srecinosmedia@gmail.com or 760-668-2125.

What I collect

Only what you type into one of the two forms on this site: the general contact form and the real estate booking form. Between them that is your name, email address, the service you are asking about, an optional shoot date, an optional property address, and whatever you write in the message field.

There are no accounts on this site, no shopping cart, no newsletter signup, and no advertising pixels. I do not run Google Analytics or any similar tracking. I do not buy contact information or add anyone to a list they did not ask to join.

Why I collect it

To reply to you, quote your shoot, and schedule it. That is the whole purpose. Your enquiry is not used for anything else and is never sold or rented.

Where it goes

Form submissions are delivered to my email inbox through Web3Forms, a form-delivery service that passes the message along and does not use it for its own purposes. The site itself is hosted on Microsoft Azure Static Web Apps. Azure keeps standard server logs, which can include IP addresses, as part of running any website. Email lands in Gmail.

Those three companies process this data on my behalf as part of operating the site. Nobody else receives it.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies of its own and runs no tracking scripts. It stores one small value in your browser's session storage to remember that you have already seen the opening title card, so it does not replay on every page. That value never leaves your device and is cleared when you close the tab. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser makes a request to Google's servers to fetch them.

How long I keep it

Enquiries stay in my email so I have a record of what was agreed. Delivered photos and their galleries are hosted for six months after a shoot unless we arrange otherwise. If you want your enquiry deleted, ask and I will delete it.

Photographs of people

At events and headshot sessions I photograph people. I may show selected images in my portfolio, on this site, or on social media as examples of my work. If you would rather not appear, tell me before the shoot or email me afterwards and I will take the image down. Client galleries themselves are private and are not indexed by search engines.

Your choices

You can ask what I hold about you, ask for a copy, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. Email srecinosmedia@gmail.com and I will handle it. There is no form to fill in for this.

California residents have these rights under the CCPA. I do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined there, so there is no opt-out to offer.

Children

This site is aimed at people booking photography, not at children, and I do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13 through it.

Changes

If what I do with your information changes, this page changes with it and the date at the top moves. There is no separate archive of old versions.
