Real estate photography in Thousand Palms. Fast MLS-ready files in 48 hours.
Thousand Palms is not one housing market, it is three sitting next to each other. The established single family streets, the manufactured home and 55 plus communities, and the larger lots out towards the preserve where the parcel is most of what somebody is buying.
Those three want different photographs. A tract home sells on the interior. A community home sells on what the community has. A big parcel sells on the parcel, which means the useful frame is often the one from above rather than the one from the driveway.

The Thousand Palms problem: the lot is the listing
More of the inventory here is sold on land than anywhere else in the middle of the valley, and land is the one thing a ground level photograph is worst at. A quarter acre and a full acre look identical from the end of a driveway. An aerial settles it in one frame, which is why I will usually suggest one here even when I would talk you out of it in Rancho Mirage.

Questions
Common questions
How much does real estate photography cost in Thousand Palms?
Pricing is by square footage: $275 up to 2,000 sq ft, $350 for 2,001 to 3,000, $450 for 3,001 to 4,000 and $550 for 4,001 to 5,000. Same rates as everywhere else in the valley, and there is no travel charge.
Do you photograph manufactured and 55 plus community homes?
Regularly, and they photograph differently from a tract home. The interiors are often narrower, so the lens and the standing position matter more, and the community amenities are part of what is being bought, so it is worth a few frames of the pool and the clubhouse if the HOA allows it.
Can you shoot an aerial of a larger lot?
Yes, drone is a $200 add-on. On a parcel listing out here it is usually the single most useful image in the set, because it is the only one that shows the boundary and what sits either side of it.
Is Thousand Palms inside your service area?
Yes, and at the same rate. It sits almost exactly in the middle of the valley, so it is one of the shorter drives I make.
Do you charge travel to Thousand Palms?
No. There is no travel fee anywhere from Desert Hot Springs to Indio, and Thousand Palms is inside that. You pay the same rate as anyone else in the valley.
How far ahead should I book?
A week is comfortable and I can often do sooner. If the listing has to go live on a date, call rather than email: I can tell you on the phone whether the day works, and listing weeks move fast enough that a day of email is a day you do not have.
What happens if the weather is bad?
Overcast is often easier than full sun here, and sky replacement is included, so a flat white sky is not a reason to move a shoot. Genuine rain or high wind, which mostly affects drone work, we reschedule.
