The session
I bring portable lighting to your office, storefront, or a location we choose together. Most people are not in front of a camera every day, so I help with the lighting, posing, and the small adjustments, and you do not have to figure it out alone. The goal is a polished photograph that still looks like you.
I like to come see the space and talk it through before we shoot. It takes twenty minutes and it saves the guesswork on the day.

Investment
Solo and duo sessions are a flat rate. Teams of three or more are priced per person, and the rate drops as the group gets bigger. Everything below is on-location, at your office or your storefront, with my lighting and backdrop.

Before your session
The question everybody asks. I wrote it all down so you do not have to guess, including what to avoid and which backdrop to pick.
Other ways to do it
Most sessions are the plain backdrop, and for a lot of people that is the right answer. These two are worth knowing about before you decide.
Photographed where you actually work rather than against a backdrop. A contractor in the workshop, an agent at the office, a chef in the kitchen. It takes a bit longer because the room has to be tidied and the light worked out, and it is worth it when the place says something about the job.
Everyone photographed the same way on the same day, so the team page looks like one team instead of eight different photographers. I set up in a corner of your office and run people through as they come free, which usually takes an afternoon.

A solo session is $285 flat and two people together are $450, which works out at $225 each. Teams of three or more are priced per person: $175 each for 3 to 5 people, $150 for 6 to 10, and $125 for 11 or more. Extra retouched images are $75 each.
Yes. Every session is on-location anywhere in the Coachella Valley. Before we shoot I like to come by, look at the space, and meet whoever is getting photographed. Portable lighting and a black or white backdrop come with me at no extra cost.
Solo sessions are delivered within 5 to 7 business days. Team sessions take 7 to 10, since there are more images to retouch.
Team Headshots gives everyone an individual portrait with matched lighting and backdrop. Team + Individual adds dedicated one-on-one time per person and includes a group photo.
Whenever I can, yes. I would rather spend twenty minutes finding the right corner of your office ahead of time than work it out while eight people stand around waiting.
