A 50% deposit secures your date. We confirm logistics again a few days before the shoot. After the session, editing begins and your private gallery is delivered within the agreed timeline. Final payment is due before gallery access.
I rarely stop to review images on the back of the camera during a session. It breaks the flow, eats into your booked time, and camera previews can be misleading.

If you need to reschedule, contact me as soon as you can. For weather related changes on outdoor shoots, we pick a new date at no extra charge.
For other changes with at least seven days notice, your deposit can move to a new date. With less than seven days notice, the deposit may be non transferable unless the date can be rebooked.
Yes, sessions take place at your chosen location, such as your office, event venue, listing, or a location we plan together.
On location sessions keep people relaxed, give more authentic backgrounds, and reduce travel headaches for you and your team. Portable lighting and gear come with me when needed.
Edited high resolution files live in your private gallery for six months, which gives you plenty of time to download them more than once.
I also maintain backup archives for about two years. After that, files may be removed to manage storage costs. Always download and back up your images on your own drives as soon as you receive them.
Each package includes a defined number of final edited images, which are the strongest frames from the session.
If you want more, extra images are available at $65 each for headshots and portraits, or $25 each for events and real estate. Extra selections receive the same careful editing as the main set.
